This role is key to shaping and executing Ferrer’s public affairs strategy at a corporate level, with a strong focus on rare diseases and high‑value therapies. You will be responsible for driving Ferrer’s voice and positioning in the external policy environment, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the needs of patients and healthcare systems are reflected in policy and regulatory frameworks. Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Economics or similar is a plus.Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in public / government affairs roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Proven track record in shaping policy and regulatory environments, ideally in rare diseases or high‑value therapies.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of EU and national healthcare policy frameworks, with awareness of integral issues. Strong knowledge of the rare disease ecosystem and access challenges. Experience in developing and executing public affairs strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. Excellent communication, negotiation and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex policy issues into actionable strategies. Strategic thinker with a proactive and purpose‑driven mindset. Influential leader and trusted advisor, able to navigate complex environments. Collaborative and agile, with strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural skills. Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.Languages: Fluent English.
