As our Food & Beverage Technology Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the digital backbone that powers exceptional guest experiences and drives commercial success. You'll oversee the strategy, performance, and reliability of all F&B systems – ensuring they deliver seamless service, operational excellence, and support continued growth.

Oversee and manage all F&B technology solutions and systems across Central Europe, including Legends Global EPOS and PSP, ensuring reliability, compliance (e.g., Lead technical operations for events, including onsite support, team coordination, setup, and post‐event commercial analysis to drive insight and performance improvements.
Implement and drive best practices and technology initiatives, including innovation projects, cashless venue strategies, and the development of a technology roadmap with short‐ and long‐term objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Legends Global, venue F&B teams, and technology partners to deliver projects, resolve operational challenges, and maximize revenue growth.
Manage training and development programs for F&B operational teams, ensuring adoption of technology solutions and supporting operational efficiency and excellence.
Advanced IT technical operational or engineering background advantageous within the hospitality industry.
Experience coordinating event‐day team members within the hospitality industry.
Self‐starter with excellent coordination skills.
