This role serves as a critical business partner to sales, operational and supply chain team, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive profitable revenue growth in Sapin. You will bridge the gap between Cost and go-to-market commercial strategies by providing deep analytical insights on pricing, profitability, and customer terms, while ensuring revenue recognition compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Conduct regular Price/Mix analysis to steer sales behavior toward high-margin products.
Contract Negotiation Support: Act as the finance subject matter expert in customer negotiations. Manage the budget for customer discounts, rebates, and promotional investments. Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & S&OP: Lead the financial reconciliation of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Validate sales forecasts against factory capacity, backlog, and inventory levels.
Contract responsory and Internal Controls: Ensure all sales finance activities comply with internal audit requirements and corporate policies.
Serve as a strategic partner for operations, sales, and supply chain functions. Education: bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with mandatory exposure to Finance BP orFP&A or Controlling roles.
Rebate management/Sales finance partner experience is required.
Technical Skills: Strong Skills in Excel, FPA tools, BI reporting.
Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
