We’re looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. This role will be key in ensuring the accurate execution of payroll processes while optimizing People operations. &##Independently manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Handle new hires, terminations, promotions, and contract modifications.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, contracts, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and support internal audits.
3-5 years of experience in People Operations and payroll.
~ Strong knowledge of payroll and labor legislation.
~ Experience with HR management systems and payroll tools.
~ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
~ Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
