The Role & Team : Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in a variety of areas and offer significant opportunities for reward and growth. As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need to have a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions in existing client base. In this role, the candidate will build on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.

The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision makers, becoming their trusted advisor and radiating within Infovista’s accounts with the goal to grow the current footprint. Driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director shall work closely with customers and partners, influencing them, and interfacing with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services organizations to ensure successful customer deployments. The candidate will leverage their sales experience to drive and secure business in very competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Strong drive for results and targets.

* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate concisely and build relationships.
* Ability to communicate concepts effectively across all levels of the customer organization, including engineers, managers, and executives.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases, and the capacity to coordinate internal resources to achieve business goals.
* Team selling skills; proactive internal communication—leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical knowledge

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions and systems.
* Deep understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations, along with personal skills and know-how.
* Strategic thinking, rigor, and ability to establish effective processes. Capable of building strategic plans for complex deals, defeating competition, and aligning organizational structure with business needs.
* Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision. Ability to analyze, anticipate, and coach others with critical advice.
* Inspiring presence, charisma, and assertiveness to defend Infovista’s standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and workloads.
* Excellent organizational skills, proven ability to drive projects to completion, and multitasking among opportunities.

Experience: 7+ years in building and managing relationships with customers or vendors, including senior executives.

* Hunter mentality.
* Proven track record selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and Optimization solutions or other OSS solutions.
* Strong software sales acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet quotas.
* Current relationships with senior leaders at CSPs such as Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Travel required up to 50%.
