In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT-related knowledge and services, assisting employees and business partners of our customers by providing practical solutions to their IT problems.
The main responsibilities of this role include collaborating with different IT support teams and communicating with users to resolve their IT issues effectively.
Your daily tasks will be:
* Answering and supporting queries via tools, phone, and email, maintaining daily contact with users across Europe.
* Resolving IT issues that occur during office work.
* Documenting and logging calls in the ticketing system.
* Delegating unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
* Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels.
* Communicating with team members and other departments.

* Remote work 80% of the time, with 4 days per month on-site.
* Full-time contract of 39 hours/week.
* Rotative schedule: Monday-Friday, 07:00-19:00.
* Starting date: 1st of July.
