In this role you will plan, coordinate and monitor space projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget. You will serve as the main interface for customers and partners, leading cross‑functional, international teams. You will manage financials, reporting, and compliance with European funding rules. You will contribute to commercial activities with a value‑driven, customer‑oriented approach. This position offers involvement in high‑impact European space programs within a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities in space or high‑tech environments, aligning with scope, schedule and budget
• Manage projects involving customers at different organizational levels
• Act as main interface with customers and providers, ensuring effective communication and follow‑up
• Coordinate work across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in international environments
• Monitor financial aspects of projects including cost tracking and internal controls
• Use project planning tools to manage schedules, milestones and resources
• Prepare, consolidate and present project reports to management and stakeholders

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in European or subsidized projects
• Experience working with international partners
• Knowledge of project operations: eligible costs, deliverables, commitments xpzdshu with the Commission
• Experience in coordination, especially in R&D or aerospace projects
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations
• Coordination of partners, subcontracting and procurement
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid
• Open to candidates who do not meet 100% of requirements
