Mission
Improve and ensure the management and documentation processes (export-import) within the group companies. Control regulatory compliance in customs matters (International).
Your Responsibilities
* Document management: Control and support (import-export)
* Support and control (Fluidra's companies) in defining origins
* Manage Hscode and Nomenclature of products
* Ensure compliance with the Unified Customs Code and international import-export regulations
* Define and generate processes
* Apply preferential treaties correctly
* Support Fluidra's companies in customs management in each country
* Ensure compliance with customs documentation, certifications, and declarations
* Assist in customs inspections (origins, import taxes, customs value, dutiable value)
Qualifications
* Degree, bachelor's, master's, or equivalent in International trade and/or customs law
* High level of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* International experience in export-import management and/or customs officer roles
* Knowledge of Hscode, origins, CN8
* Experience in customs document management
