We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid‐market and enterprise clients, supporting the full customer lifecycle and driving recurrence and account expansion.Responsibilities

Fully manage a portfolio of 80–100 active clients.Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing follow-up.Serve as the client's main point of contact.Collaborate with internal teams (projects, support, billing).Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Analyze usage data and detect risks and opportunities.Work toward revenue and recurrence targets.Use CRM tools for management and reporting. 4–6 years in B2 B Account Management or Sales.Experience managing mid-sized/large clients.Familiarity with Saa S or tech environments (highly valued).Excellent written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and autonomy.English and Spanish at an advanced level.
