* Define acceptance criteria
* Coordinate and assist the team
* Provide a global vision of the product evolution
Required skills:
* Experience with Trackspace & Docspace (Jira)
* Experience in large projects
* Technologies Team3 works with: Cognigy and Genesys
* Very good command of the English language
