As an SEA Campaign Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. Your focus is on maximizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Your area of responsibility:
- Plan, create, and manage global SEA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and manage specific Social Media campaigns for Linked, Meta etc.
- Take full ownership of campaign performance including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Create assets (text, picture, video) for campaigns in all necessary formats together with creative colleagues.
- Design and execute A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages in collaboration with stakeholders).
- Set up and maintain tracking, tagging, and conversion measurement (e.G. Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Manage keyword strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation to drive scalable performance.
- Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns and tracking, including UTM parameters, and conversion events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (website, e-commerce, content, analytics, SEO, marketing automation etc.) to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
This job is exactly right for you if...
- Proven experience in SEA / Paid Search campaign management (agency or in-house).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Social Media Ads.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
- Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
- Experience managing small to medium budgets is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within Marketing & Sales.
