Content Moderator andhelp maintain a safe and positive environment on the leading shortvideo platform. Your role will involve filtering content, screening forinappropriate material, and ensuring compliance with platformguidelines.

Requirements
\n
At least C1 level fluency in German coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
\n
Basic IT skills
\n
EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Spain
\n
Already residing in Barcelona OR available to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help is provided)
\n
Work Schedule
\n
Full-time (39 hours per week). Workdays include Monday to Sunday,with two weekends per month. Days off can be separate during the week.
\n
Part-time (16 hours per week). Work only on Saturday and Sunday. Training is full-time.
\n
Shifts vary depending on the business line and market. A hybrid work model may apply.
\n
Schedules are provided one month in advance.
\n

Fixed-term contract of two months, renewable based on performance
\n
One-month probation period included in the first contract
\n
Possibility of a permanent contract after four to six months
\n
Paid training from day one, Monday to Friday. No training on weekends or holidays

\n
32 days per year, distributed as four full weeks and four individual days
\n
Gross annual salary: EUR 24,715.40
\n
Gross monthly salary: EUR 2,059.62
\n
Relocation assistance (for those outside of Barcelona moving for this role):
