In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions while also supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.Role/Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath across a variety of client projectsEnsure high-quality delivery of automation solutions, meeting project timelines and standardsWork closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and implement effective automation solutionsContribute to team knowledge sharing and support the mentoring of more junior developersFollow and help reinforce development best practices and standards across projectsTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of automation workflowsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions within UiPathQualifications for the idóneo candidate:3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)5+ years of overall software development experienceExperience with programming or scripting (e.G., Python, C#, or similar), with the ability to write structured, maintainable codeStrong understanding of RPA concepts, including exception handling and loggingStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively xhfqzwm in client-facing environmentsComfortable working in a collaborative team and contributing to mentoring and knowledge sharingFluent in English (written and spoken)Nice To Have:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience mentoring or supporting more junior developersExperience working in consulting or client delivery environmentsFamiliarity with automation frameworks (e.G., REFramework)Based in or near Granada (or willing to travel occasionally to the office)Location: Granada, Spain (with occasional in-office presence — approximately once per month)
