Proven Leadership: 4-7 years of professional experience with a track record of leading technical projects and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.Expert Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep expertise in the Microsoft Stack (. NET Core/C#) and modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.js.Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience designing and scaling distributed systems on Azure, including Microservices, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.Advanced Data Strategy: Strong background in data modeling and optimization using Cosmos DB and Elasticsearch. xpzdshu Engineering Quality: A disciplined approach to the SDLC with mastery of TDD/BDD, maintaining 80%+ test coverage, and automated Dev Ops pipelines.
