What You’ll Do Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team for the DACH market Own and exceed both individual and team targets—leading by example Drive net-new revenue across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments Use data to refine strategy, improve forecasting, and optimise pipeline performance Foster a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and ongoing development
What We’re Looking For Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity or fast-growth environment Experience leading and coaching sales teams while still delivering strong personal results Deep knowledge of the DACH market and fluency in German and English Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to own complex deals end-to-end
