Semantico is an AI-powered Product Catalog Management Platform. We help multi-brand retailers and massive ecommerce stores stop treating content as ad-hoc tasks and start running their catalogs like an operating system.

Our technology turns a simple reference string (EAN/SKU) into a complete, localized, SEO-ready listing in seconds—not days. We are defining a new category that sits between manual spreadsheets and expensive PIMs, helping teams ship products 3-5x faster.

The Opportunity: Build the Engine

This isn't a typical SDR role where you are a cog in a massive machine. As the
Founding SDR

at Semantico, you will be the first dedicated sales hire, working directly with founders who have scaled successful platforms like Wallapop and Naturitas.

We are at a pivotal turning point. AI is finally good at product semantics, and we are building the
AI Product Catalog Management Platform

to fix a multi-million-dollar problem for ecommerce: the \"Catalog-Chaos Tax\".

We already have happy customers like ForumSport, Farma2Go and Logiscenter.
Now, we're building the founding sales team that will take it to €500K ARR this year.

But be aware, this is not a standard SDR job; It's an opportunity to shape how we build, sell, and scale an entirely new product category and become one of Europe's fastest-growing SaaS companies, and your insights will shape our GTM strategy and success.

What You'll Do

* Hunt & Uncover:

You will identify and prospect into high-value accounts (Multi-brand retailers, Online Pharmacies, Sporting Goods).
- Master the Message:

You won't just pitch a tool; you will educate Ecommerce Directors and CMOs on why they are losing money to \"Expansion Drag\" and \"SEO Waste\".
- Orchestrate the Funnel:

Manage the entire top-of-funnel process—from cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to booking qualified demos for the founding team.
- Help Build the Playbook:

As a founding member, you will help document what works. You'll test messaging around our \"Time-to-listing\" and \"Publish velocity\" KPIs to see what resonates.
- Leverage AI:

Use our own philosophy of automation. We don't want you doing manual data entry; we want you focused on high-value conversations.

Who You Are

* You have \"Grit\":

You understand that early-stage sales is about resilience. You don't take \"no\" personally; you take it as data.
- You are intellectually curious:

You can quickly grasp complex concepts like \"Attribute Normalization,\" \"SEO Scaffolding,\" and \"Field Mapping\" and explain them simply.
- You are a builder:

You aren't looking for a pre-written script. You want to help
write

the script.
- You are ambitious:

You see this role not just as a job, but as a path to becoming an Account Executive or a Sales Leader as the company scales.

Qualifications

* 1-2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a high-velocity environment (or a burning desire to break in with a track record of high achievement).
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Additional languages are a plus).
* Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a massive plus.
* Excellent written communication skills, you can write cold emails that don't sound like bots.
* You're not shy to pick up the phone and cold-call prospects.
