**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for our new Product Owner to take charge and arbitrate on functional issues in order to identify new features of the Case Management System, as well as to define target agent processes that meet business needs.
We are constantly transforming the way we work, as well as the products we offer to our customers. To achieve this goal, the Product Owner's role is key to build and own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
Join our team as a Product Owner, based in our Barcelona headquarters. You will participate in the exciting journey through the full lifecycle of the company, supporting between the functional issues of the current release and those of the next release.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Identification/collection of functional requirements.
- Aligning with Local Product Owners on common and priority requirements.
- Defining target agent processes in the new general Salesforce Case Management System tool.
- Coordination between the IT teams (business analysts, architects, developers) and business stakeholders on an agile mode.
- Helping writing the backlog user stories.
- Prioritizing the backlog features according to business requirements and the delivery capacity.
- Dependency management with other Global Assets.
- Identifying data dependencies/defining the data flows between assets with GPOs.
- Ensuring the consistency of the agent process throughout the whole asset journey.
- Deliverables production; documenting business decisions/arbitrations: drafting minutes, building presentations, etc.
- Support the Global Product Owner for any specific functional request.
- Prioritize the items based on business value.
- Responsible for creating, analysing products' key performance indicator and taking decisions based on data.
- Bring innovation linked to market trend with benchmarking techniques on competitors.
- Manage the product's budget.
- Manage key stakeholders to collect feedback, engaged in the long term.
- Responsible for security, performance, quality of the product.
- Lead sprint planning and participate to rituals in your squad & beyond if necessary.

- Strong project management abilities in international contexts.

- Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience.
- At least 7 years’ experience on innovation/digital project management, ideally including experience dealing with contracts and contracts analysis.
