ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager (BNPL Product) to drive growth and optimize performance across our B2C acquisition channels for our BNPL / Shopping Card product. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and business. With a strong focus on new customer acquisition, growth, improving conversion, launching new features, and maximizing the impact of our B2C value proposition in the market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies: Define audience segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and messaging to successfully launch new products and features within the merchant ecosystem
- Own merchant conversion performance: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel (from user acquisition to checkout completion) and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize results
- Lead growth-focused campaigns: Design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing adoption, engagement, and revenue across key merchants and verticals
- Optimize the merchant journey: Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, Risk, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Leverage data and insights: Conduct research and performance analysis to understand customer needs, validate strategies, and stay ahead of market and competitor trends
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency: Maintain a clear and compelling brand narrative aligned with business objectives across all merchant touchpoints
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge in paid media campaigns in BNPL industry
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, performance marketing, and merchant ecosystems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to launch products/features and drive adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in BNPL, payments, or merchant acquiring
- Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and user journey optimization
- Background in working with international markets or multiple verticals
