The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
1. Security Education: Developing and delivering education tracks to enhance our teams' cybersecurity skills, including technical security curricula aligned with the NICE framework.
2. Security Training: Designing and implementing training programs for all employee groups, addressing cyber threats, business security risks, and regulatory requirements.
3. Security Awareness: Creating engaging awareness campaigns using creative formats and delivery methods, such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise, phishing simulations, and gamification.
4. Continuously adapting SETA products and services to regional, cultural, and business-specific needs across the Liebherr group.
5. Developing and maintaining key risk and performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support cultural transformation and enhance human resilience in information security.
6. Partnering with stakeholders across the group, including security, IT, HR, Communications, and other Business Units, to promote adoption of SETA initiatives.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields, with 8+ years of experience in information security and 4+ years in security education, training, and awareness. Preferred certifications are SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, CISSP. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, instructional design experience, understanding of behavioral science, and cultural sensitivity. Experience with agile methodologies like SAFe is highly desirable.
