Your Mission
We are looking to strengthen our Growth Department by appointing a Junior Brand Manager. You will support the development and execution of integral marketing initiatives across key areas of the business and act as a reliable contributor to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns and projects. You will translate insights into actions, support data‑driven decisions, and contribute to consistent and impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and analyze campaign and market data to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategies
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including digital initiatives and content updates
* Develop and deliver reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating data into clear business recommendations
* Create and coordinate marketing materials (online and offline), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
* Manage and monitor marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Skills Required
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or FMCG/pharmaceutical environment
* Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign execution, digital channels, and basic data analysis
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a hands‑on mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and with external partners
* A business‑oriented approach, with attention to detail and ability to translate insights into effective marketing actions
