What You'll Do :
As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role, partnering with business leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include :
Supporting the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding
Driving performance management, talent acquisition, and development strategies
Advising on workforce planning and organizational design
Enhancing the employee experience and engagement
Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
Promoting DEI, innovation, and change management
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
3–5 years of HR experience (business partner / generalist role preferred)
Strong background in talent acquisition, C&B, performance and talent management
Fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
High energy, ethical mindset, and a passion for people and results
Willingness to travel occasionally
Bonus Points :
Experience in multinational, manufacturing, or chemical / construction sectors
Knowledge of labor law, HSE, and unionized environments
Additional languages like Catalan or Italian
