Service Overview :
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of digital marketing services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with delivery teams, and ensuring effective execution and communication.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with market teams and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
* Keep Delivery Managers and Service Account Leads updated with regular status reports.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and leverage DU services accordingly.
* Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
* Act as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining relationships with internal DU service providers.
* Communicate regularly within the Campaign Automation team and other DU teams to ensure efficiency.
* Adhere to service processes, suggest improvements, and resolve issues when necessary.
Requirements & Desired Skills :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
* Experience in project / client management or digital marketing consulting.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams.
* Experience blending business and technical requirements and explaining them clearly.
* Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
* Experience in Patient Engagement or B2C marketing preferred.
* Experience with email, SMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Paid Media is a plus.
* Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
