Analyze the production statusControl resource capacity (manpower:
operators & white collars, machines, material)Elaborate the Production Schedule and recovery plans if necessary, considering impacts on capacity requirements (workforce/machines/strategic tooling/jigs), delivery dates, end production buffer, and production partnersPrepare and participate in or lead Weekly Master Production meetings involving all stakeholdersObtain commitments and challenge attendees to avoid postponing planning repeatedlyValidate and formalize short-term planning and its impact on the Industrial System (5M)Build, update, and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries;
define improvement plans and actionsImplement the validated Production Schedule into the production system during weekly MPS routinesAuthorize manufacturing by converting and releasing work orders based on weekly MPS decisionsCheck Work Production schedules or MRP parameters, results, and messagesUpdate IT official planning and scheduling tools with dedicated stakeholdersThis role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, supporting the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.Company:
