Responsibilities
* Own and deliver AI-driven products and projects from end to end
* Design and deploy machine learning systems that solve real-world business challenges
* Translate commercial problems into AI solutions with strong business acumen
* Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in AI research and technology
* Collaborate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to drive innovation
Key Skills
* Deep understanding of machine learning theory and hands-on experience building ML systems
* Proven experience working with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, etc.)
* Familiarity with LLM inference stack concepts like KV caching, speculative decoding, and parallel decoding
* Strong programming skills in Python and ideally one of C++, Java, or .NET
* Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and innovation
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* Strong academic background: top grades in Bachillerato (9.0+) and a 7.0+ in a relevant bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc)
* Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
