Verisure is seeking a talented, analytical, and detail oriented Finance Graduate or Junior Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to work at the core of how a €12bn publicly listed company reports its financial performance to the market. From day one, you will contribute to the systems and processes that ultimately feed into our reporting to the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange and are used by senior leadership to steer the business. The Role and Its Impact As Group Finance Corporate Performance Management Junior Analyst, you will join the Group Corporate Performance Management team — a small, highly specialized team at the center of how Verisure tracks, plans, and reports its financial performance. The team is responsible for: Consolidating financial statements across 18 countries Delivering key performance indicators (such as Annual Recurring Revenue – ARR) to investors Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning You will work with a global financial reporting system used across the company. This is not a purely technical role — it is designed for finance professionals and requires understanding key concepts such as EBITDA, balance sheet, and business performance. Unlike traditional entry level roles, this position offers exposure to both corporate finance and the systems that enable it, providing a practical understanding of how a large international company operates behind the scenes. Role and Responsibilities You will join as a junior member of the team, working closely with a senior expert who will support your development. Your responsibilities will progressively include: Supporting the maintenance and improvement of financial reporting systems (reports, accounts, validations, access management) Assisting finance teams across multiple countries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy Supporting financial consolidation processes and key performance reporting Building and updating reports and analyses (primarily in Excel and internal tools) Supporting audit processes by preparing documentation and ensuring consistency Collaborating with international stakeholders in English on a daily basis Over time, you will progressively take ownership of a significant part of the team’s operational activities.
