We need to incorporate an Accounting Technician to our headquarters in Barcelona. Currently, the company is in a process of change and growth, which offers a very ambitious challenge to any dynamic, committed, and proactive person.
Functions:
* Accounting of daily bank entries and reconciliation.
* Supervision of accounting of collections and payments and anticipation of possible accounting or financial alerts and action proposals.
* Analysis of customer and supplier accounts (pending collections and payments).
* Processing of the SII and diligences / requests to the Tax Administration and management of related incidences.
* Obtaining and processing of tax information.
* Issuance of invoices, re-invoicing, and accounting of the Group.
* Portfolio clean-up and cash voucher management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Administration and Finance or related career.
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of Business Central.
* Knowledge of the office package.

Full time. Schedule from Monday to Thursday: 8:30 to 17:30 and alternate Fridays from 8:30 to 13:30.
