Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications/microservices.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences. Collaborate in the design of the cluster architecture.
* Develop automated tests and alert systems.
* Optimize components and analyze new functionalities/system improvements.
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment configurations, and DevOps practices.
* Stay updated with industry trends, suggest improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
* Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks promptly.
* Provide documentation and technical support across environments and business units.
Your profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend and frontend development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in English (min B2) and Spanish.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Knowledge in Kotlin / Java > 8 (11/17); React; Typescript; Spring ecosystem (boot, data, security, etc); REST and SOAP communication protocols; Automated testing creation.
* Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Understanding of development and architecture patterns.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of TDD, DDD, CQR methodologies.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with remote teams.
* Practices like CI/CD and Clean Architecture.
* DevOps knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions, etc.).
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
