This role focuses on new client acquisition, commercial negotiations, API go-lives, and scaling booking volumes across assigned markets.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B hotel distribution, API-driven travel platforms, and enterprise sales.Key ResponsibilitiesAPI Partner AcquisitionIdentify, acquire, and onboard new B2B API partners including OTAs, travel technology platforms, wholesalers, DMCs, and TMCsManage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to commercial closureExpand API distribution across assigned source marketsCommercial NegotiationNegotiate commercials including commissions, overrides, volumes, and SLAsEnsure agreements align with revenue and margin objectivesCoordinate pricing and approvals with internal stakeholdersAPI Integration & Go-LiveAct as the commercial SPOC between partners and internal product/tech teamsCoordinate API documentation, UAT completion, and production go-liveEnsure successful client activation with at least one confirmed bookingRevenue & Performance ManagementTrack performance metrics including booking volume, revenue, and conversionDrive growth initiatives for live API partnersConduct regular performance and optimization reviewsMarket & Product FeedbackMonitor competitor APIs, pricing models, and market trendsProvide structured feedback to product and technology teams for enhancementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of new API clients onboardedSuccessful API go-lives completedAPI booking volume and revenue generatedClient scalability, retention, and margin contributionRequired Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMinimum 6+ years of experience in B2B hotel distribution & API salesStrong understanding of hotel supply chains and pricing modelsProven success in closing enterprise-level B2B dealsExcellent negotiation and relationship-management skillsStable career history (minimum 2 years per organization preferred)Valid work authorization to work in SpainNice-to-HaveExperience working with global hotel suppliers or aggregatorsExposure to high-volume, API-driven travel platformsCompensation & BenefitsMonthly Fixed Salary + Variable CompensationGo-Live Incentive: One-time payment per successful new API client go-livePerformance-Based Quarterly Volume Bonus linked to net booking volumeIncentives subject to margin, compliance, and performance criteria(Compensation structure may be reviewed periodically based on business needs.)Interview ProcessTotal 3 rounds (2 Technical/Business + 1 HR)
