Ready to be part of something exciting? What are we looking for now? We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead and scale our quality assurance function across all platforms. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical expertise: defining and executing the QA vision, getting the best out of a focused team of 3‑4 QA professionals, and driving the adoption of AI‑powered testing practices.
\n
Whether you’re an experienced QA leader or a strong QA Lead ready to step up, we want to hear from you. Our platform supports payment orchestration, compliance automation, and multi‑brand casino operations, where quality isn’t just a nice‑to‑have: it’s mission‑critical. As our QA Manager, you’ll transform our quality function from reactive to proactive, owning the QA organisation end‑to‑end and ensuring quality is everyone’s responsibility, not just QA’s job.
\n
You’ll set the strategy, lead a small but high‑impact team, and leverage AI and intelligent automation to establish best‑in‑class processes that ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards as we grow.
\n
Key Responsibilities: Quality Strategy & Execution - Define and implement the company‑wide QA strategy, approach, and roadmap.
\n
- Act as the main escalation point for QA‑related issues, providing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and root‑cause analysis for all releases.
- Establish and monitor QA KPIs to measure product quality and drive data‑driven improvements.
- Advocate for quality across the entire software lifecycle – from design through post‑release monitoring.
- Partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to enable “shift‑left” testing and continuous delivery.
- Introduce and champion testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies – including AI‑powered testing platforms – to increase coverage and reduce cycle times.
- Set and monitor reliability goals (uptime SLAs, incident reduction targets).
\n
People
\n
Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a small QA team, maximizing impact through smart tooling, AI adoption, and clear processes.
\n
- Drive performance management, career development and skills growth.
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and AI‑augmented quality practices within the team and across the wider engineering organisation.
\n
Technical
\n
Leadership - Provide hands‑on technical guidance on test automation, CI/CD integration, performance testing, and release validation.
\n
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and tools across all delivery teams.
- Drive integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Champion API testing, microservices testing, and end‑to‑end test strategies.
- Evaluate and adopt AI‑powered testing tools (e.g., self‑healing tests, AI‑generated test cases, intelligent test prioritisation) to accelerate test creation, reduce maintenance, and increase coverage.
- Leverage generative AI for test case generation, defect analysis, and predictive test selection – staying current with the evolving AI‑in‑QA landscape. What You’ll do:
- You inspire confidence through technical credibility and thoughtful leadership.
- You balance pragmatism and rigor – knowing when “good enough” is good enough (especially under regulatory constraints).
- You believe in empowering teams to own quality rather than policing it.
- You communicate clearly, manage conflict gracefully, and build trust across functions.
- You measure success through impact, not activity – focusing
