Job Description

Our solutions include joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, sports, extremities, elective foot and ankle, spine, and robotics & digital surgery.

Responsibilities
* Complete complex tasks for Clinical Sales - Surgeons, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support internal teams.
* Assist in developing implementation plans, activities, and next steps to close key opportunities.
* Implement clinical sales training programs including strategy, process, and collateral.
* Update sales audit database with accurate data.
* Leverage strategic partnerships for customer acquisition, review customer demands and feedback.
* Respond to customer needs and complaints, escalating unusual cases to management.
* Support information management from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions.
* Execute routine tasks with some deviation from standard practice, following administrative processes.
* Maintain a high standard of integrity, efficiency, and personal communication.
* This role is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Spanish and English.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, and time management abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
* Problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
