Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations to ensure smooth hotel functioning
- Manage maintenance and repair of all facilities and infrastructure
- Plan and supervise minor renovation and maintenance projects
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Assist with budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and energy costs
- Supervise staff scheduling and training for the technical team
