We are creating a Financial & Insure team in Spain and we are sourcing a Solutions Engineer to lead our Networking, Telecommunications and Security team.

Main Responsibilities
1. Designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
2. Leading the technical team and providing internal and external consulting, aligning projects with sector best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. Demonstrable experience in network architecture, security, and senior team leadership.
3. Advanced knowledge of routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLAN, STP), VPN, and security protocols.
4. Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Check Point, Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and Citrix NetScaler.
5. Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.).
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
7. Knowledge of project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, PMI, etc.).
8. Fluent written and spoken English; ability to work with international teams.
9. Certifications such as Check Point CCSA / CCSE, Infoblox NIOS Administrator, Citrix CCP-N, and other security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+), which are positively valued.
