Key Responsibilities
- Support soft HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in the coordination of performance management processes, appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Support employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
- Coordinate HR administrative processes such as contracts, contract amendments, personnel files and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Support the HR team with training coordination, including attendance follow-up and documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting by tracking key HR metrics and preparing basic reports when required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations (scheduling, filing, internal requests, etc.).

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of soft HR processes and HR administration.
- Good understanding of labour regulations and HR best practices (local legislation is a plus).
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Good command of MS Office and HR systems.
