:
1. Involved in all phases of the software development cycle, from building to implementation and unit testing.
2. Collaborate with team members to deliver flawless software products according to schedules and specifications.
3. Build essential documentation such as specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
4. Actively engage in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and review meetings.
5. Address and fix support calls promptly.
Requirement and Qualifications:
6. BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
7. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
8. 5-7 years of experience developing technical specifications based on customer requirements
9. Proficiency in .NET (C#) is a must.
10. Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL
11. Familiarity with code version control tools (preferably Git)
12. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
13. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English
14. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions
Preferred skills:
15. Ideally 2-4 years of experience on people management.
16. Knowledge of C++
17. Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint
18. Familiarity with writing code alongside automated tests
