Leading a team of up to 30 employees performing shipbuilding work (ship hull welding, assembly)
Ensuring daily work planning, workflow, progress tracking, quality of work, safety requirements, and documentation management
Communicating with client representatives and representing the company's interests
Work independently, solve daily technical and organizational problems, effectively manage the team, ensure smooth work organization in dynamic situations, and serve as a leader and authority figure for other team members
Work on business trips abroad-8-12 weeks per project, followed by 2-4 weeks of rest at home

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
At least 4 years of experience in a foreman position in the shipbuilding sector (on large-scale projects)
Experience managing a team of up to 30 employees
Good Spanish and Russian language skills (English is a plus)
Flexibility, strategic thinking, and effective delegation skills
Ability to build and motivate a team
