This role acts as the primary bridge between solution design and real world consumption. </p><p> This role does not make architectural decisions and does not own delivery or requirements. </p><p></p><p><b> Technical Skills: </b></p><ul><li> Strong understanding of <b> APIs </b> , integrations, and service-oriented architectures </li><li> Experience with REST/SOAP <b> APIs </b> and integration patterns </li><li> Ability to interpret architecture diagrams and technical solution documents </li><li> Expertise in creating sequence diagrams and <b> API </b> flow documentation using PlantUML </li><li> Familiarity with <b> API </b> lifecycle management and onboarding processes </li><li> Strong documentation and technical communication skills </li><li> Experience working with distributed/global teams </li><li> Knowledge of <b> API </b> gateways, authentication, and integration standards is preferred </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Roles & Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Translate approved technical architectures into clear <b> API </b> flows, sequence diagrams, and practical usage examples </li><li> Develop and maintain integration guidance for internal engineering teams and external partners </li><li> Support <b> API </b> onboarding and enablement activities across multiple programs and initiatives </li><li> Act as the primary point of contact for solution consumers regarding <b> API </b> usage and adoption </li><li> Simplify technical understanding and reduce dependency on architects and senior engineers for recurring clarifications </li><li> Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure consistent understanding of integration solutions </li><li> Create reusable enablement artifacts, technical documentation, and knowledge assets </li><li> Ensure solution consumers are equipped with accurate implementation guidance and best practices </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Good to have / Must to have skills: </b></p><ul><li><b> Must Have </b></li><li><b> Strong API and integration knowledge </b></li><li> Experience creating sequence diagrams using PlantUML </li><li> Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li> Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills </li><li> Experience supporting API enablement and onboarding activities </li></ul><p></p><ul><li><b> Good to Have </b></li><li> Exposure to <b> API </b> gateways and integration platforms </li><li> Experience working with external partners/vendors </li><li> Knowledge of Agile delivery environments </li><li> Familiarity with cloud-based integration ecosystems and microservices architecture </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualification & Certification (If any): </b></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field </li><li> Certifications in API Management, Integration Technologies, or Cloud Platforms are an added advantage </li><li> PlantUML or technical documentation expertise preferred </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Ready to Take the Next Step?</b></p><p> If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey with <b> ScaleneWorks </b> , we’d love to hear from you!
