Overview
Data Analyst, Solutions & Innovation at Criteo — as a member of the Analytics Solutions & Innovation (AXSI) team, you will act as a key analytical partner to our commercial organization, helping to steer innovation from the ground up. Your role will be crucial in developing new ways to measure and demonstrate value for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Solution Prototyping & Development: Translate complex business questions into scalable data analyses, prototyping new measurement methodologies for Criteo\'s latest upper-funnel solutions using our rich shopper graph dataset.
* Client & Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deeply understand their business needs and how they measure the value of upper-funnel marketing activities.
* Iterative Analysis & Validation: Design and execute analyses to validate new measurement approaches, iterating on prototypes with internal partners to refine them for production readiness.
* Product Innovation & Scalability: Partner with Product and R&D teams to develop feature requests, transforming your successful analytical prototypes into scalable, fully-fledged Criteo products.
* Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge tech like Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau, Git, Python, and SQL to build innovative analytical solutions from the ground up.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and product teams to deliver insights that drive the development of new, revenue-generating solutions.
Qualifications
* You have at least 1 year of hands-on data analysis experience, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
* A natural problem-solver with a passion for analytics and a logical approach to challenges.
* Business-minded with a talent for turning data insights into actionable product strategies.
* Passionate about product development and turning analytical prototypes into real-world solutions.
* Excellent ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant workspace.
* Fluent in English and skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
* Eligible to work in Spain with no restrictions.
