We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy Monetization Analyst to join our Product Monetization team. In this role, you’ll help maximize ad revenue across our game portfolio by combining analytical expertise with strong cross-functional and partner communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute in-game ad monetization strategies across multiple titles, including live and soft-launched games.
* Analyze monetization performance and provide actionable insights to the Product, User Acquisition, and Data teams.
* Monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and proactively support continuous optimization initiatives.
* Serve as the point of contact for ad networks—building strong relationships, resolving issues, and driving opportunities for growth.
* Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to explore user behavior, evaluate ad placements, and uncover revenue trends.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ad monetization strategy, analytics, or operations— within the mobile gaming industry.
* Proven background in managing ad monetization performance and communicating with ad network partners.
* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
* Proficiency in SQL is required; familiarity with additional BI tools is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Understanding of the hybrid-casual gaming space is a significant advantage.
