The Mission (should you choose to accept it):
✅ Hire exceptional tech talent globally: Engineering Managers, Senior Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and more. ✅ Design and run results-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies. ✅ Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers, up to CEO level. ✅Level up our processes: ATS, dashboards, candidate experience, and best practices. ✅ Be a trusted advisor, a pipeline builder, and a brand ambassador.
⚙️ What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in high-growth startups. ✅ Strong track record building hiring strategy for engineering teams. ✅ True partner to senior tech leaders: you influence, advise, and challenge! ✅ Deep sourcing skills: Linked In, Cord, creative outreach. ✅ Process-oriented: ATS experience (ideally Hi Bob), compliant with EU right-to-work. ✅ Collaborative, autonomous, and thrive in a scaling environment.
