Job Requisition ID #26WD Position OverviewThe Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuringtimely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifieschurn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The idóneo candidatedemonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals with increasing independence using CRM tools and establishedplaybooks.This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesExecute end‑to‑end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual interventionClose customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on time executionDrive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales playsMonitor account auto‑renewal status and intervene when auto‑renewals are disabled to prevent churnWork directly with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactionsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tracking toolsCollaborate with Account Executives on larger cross‑sell and expansion opportunitiesEngage and when needed partner with Customer Success Managers to support retention and adoption efforts during post‑sale engagementsProvide light‑touch support to authorized partnersShare insights on churn risks, renewal blockers, and missed upsell opportunities across internal teamsGather and deliver customer feedback related to products, packaging, and renewal experienceMinimum Requirements1–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer‑facing sales rolesFluency in English + GermanExperience closing deals or renewals, including customer communication and follow‑upProven ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and priorities concurrentlyStrong organizational and time‑management skillsExperience using CRM or renewal tracking systemsEffective written and verbal communication skillsCustomer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience in a software, SaaS, or technology sales environmentPrior exposure to subscription‑based or renewal‑driven sales modelsExperience supporting seat expansions or upsell opportunities during renewalsFamiliarity working with procurement teams and contract‑driven renewalsExperience collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success, and partner organizationsAbility to identify churn risks and recommend proactive retention actionsComfort operating in a fast‑paced, metric-driven sales environmentRS27Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
