Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain excellent operation of all modality-specific models (MR) in the designated area.
2. Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
3. Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status;
maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Share and support best practices implementation, including with UIH partners.
5. Maintaining documentation of performed tasks. Supervision of entrusted tools.
6. Cooperation with the team of Engineers in Europe in solving technical issues. Provide technical support coordinated with Regional Technical Support team
7. Coordinate and manage service activities in the Region, including streamline interface with UIH Partners
8. Collaborate closely with the local distributors to align, improve, and guarantee quality technical service processes and support customer needs effectively.
9. Collaborate closely with the UIH General Manager for Iberia region.
Qualifications and experience
1. BSC in Engineering
2. Qualified Technician / Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices, advantage:
relevant Field Service experience
3. Technical analytical skills
4. Fluency in English and Spanish, (Portuguese is plus)
5. Valid driving license, active driving experience
