Capgemini is currently seeking a cybersecurity consultant with experience and knowledge across multiple domains to join our cybersecurity team and support a major client. In this role, you will contribute to and participate in key client projects, demonstrating expertise in various security domains as well as in systems administration. Additionally, you will support and facilitate the operation of our clients' security systems, providing guidance and training on best practices to their internal teams and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security events in OT environments (SIEM and OT monitoring tools) Identify and assess vulnerabilities in ICS/OT assets Track emerging ICS vulnerabilities and threat actors Investigate alerts and support incident response activities in industrial systems Detect abnormal behaviour in industrial networks and protocols Support development and execution of incident response plans for OT environments Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure secure and safe systems Contribute to risk assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement of security controls What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity (experience in OT/ICS) Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar) Basic knowledge of industrial environments (SCADA, PLCs, industrial networks) Understanding of networking, system administration, and security fundamentals Ability to investigate security incidents and analyze alerts High level of English (international environment) Nice to have Experience or exposure to OT security tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, etc.) Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3...) Familiarity with frameworks such as IEC 62443 or NIST Experience with incident response or threat hunting Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., SC-200, Cy SA+, GICSP) What will you love about working here?
