Purpose:
We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Analyst with focus in Social Listening for our main client SEAT S.A. Someone who lives and breathes social media, possesses a high level of experience with analytics tools and can transform data into insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily brand conversations to detect reputational crises, trends and create competitor benchmarks.
2. Create the corporate, crisis or trend reports periodically.
3. You have the analytical skills to turn data into insights, detect trends and provide recommendations to improve the brand content. Also, you know how to react to reputational crisis and create real-time reports.
4. Create and present reports to the client in English and Spanish.
5. Work with other departments to share trends, results, and make social media recommendations.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Fluent English is required, as this is a global account.
2. Proven experience in Social Media Analytics of at least 4 years. Experience in automobile sector is a plus.
3. Knowledge of analytics tools such as BrandWatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater or Sprinklr, especially for the creation of listening reports. It's a plus if you have knowledge of Meltwater.
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic notions of Power Query and Power BI.
