We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Engineers, whose main function will be:
Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.
Lead the Construction Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.
Manage the monthly reporting of the project execution budget.
Assess risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.
Perform other job related tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in analysis, estimation and cost control functions and profiles with at least 2 years of experience trained in finance or cost control areas.
Experience in Subcontract Department. Areas: Civil, Electromechanical and Structural.
Experience in construction cost control. Valuable integral control of all phases of the EPC project (equipment, piping, electricity, instrumentation, chemicals and lubricants, transportation, on-site engineering and supervision, construction subcontracts, etc.).
Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (similar).
Project and corporate reporting.
Previous experience in project/production control, quantity or cost control.
Advanced Excel skills.
High level of English, minimum B2
Availability to work abroad.
