Our client is a global print and packaging group that combines deep expertise in design, graphic services, production, technology, and process optimisation with unmatched marketplace understanding, dynamic ideas, and client-first customer service. They are looking for an upbeat individual with a results-oriented spirit and a proven track record of successful account retention.

A key member of the team, your role as Account Manager will be to nurture a rapidly expanding existing client base, which offers significant opportunities for progression, creativity, and ownership. This role is ideal for a customer-centric individual who is organized, rigorous, and adaptable to an ever-evolving process and team environment.

What will you be delivering?

* Build relationships with one of our client’s largest clients, ensuring revenue growth and client retention.
* Meet core KPIs related to pipeline coverage, progression, forecast, meetings, and activity.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
* Be responsible for business performance, analyze the client’s main KPIs, and ensure month-over-month growth. Track and report performance metrics.
* Support the Senior Account Director in daily operations.
* Manage invoice, credit, bill, and order statements.
* Oversee billing and invoicing processes, including review and approval of invoice packages, billing corrections, revenue accruals, and A/R adjustments.

Experience required

* High-performance mentality with a track record of overachievement.
* Bilingual in Spanish/Catalan and English.
* Proven experience in engaging in value-based, customer-centric conversations.
* Ability to identify and execute upsell opportunities within existing deals.
* Strong business acumen and experience presenting to and building relationships with senior-level executives in mid-market companies.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
