In this temporary role, you will attend customers and affiliates on all requests, prepare shipment documentation, follow up on deliveries, communicate any incidents, resolve issues, update prices, and support the sales team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders, shipments, invoices, and follow up until the customer receives the goods.
- Attend and follow up on complaints, ensuring proper closure and customer communication.
- Send legal documents.
- Collaborate with the MRP controller; rationalize and follow up on affiliate orders.
- Maintain KPIs as appropriate.
- Maintain all master data related to customers and affiliates (listing, pricing, info records, ship‑to’s, etc.).
- Load and confirm orders (ZCON) — standard orders, samples, returns, consignment fill‑ups, consignment issues — and arrange documents and book transport.
- Organize returns and credits.
Job Duties & Responsibilities (Cont.):
- Close month as per SOX requirements.
- Provide Customer Service & support the sales team.
- Check forecast to ensure demand is aligned and report deviations.
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the correct functioning of the Department and IFF Benicarló overall.
- Proper use of machines, equipment, tools, hazardous substances, transport equipment, and other means of transport.
- Correctly use personal protective equipment and store it appropriately after use.
- Do not disable, modify, or move safety devices on machines, equipment, tools, or installations; use them correctly.
- Immediately report any serious or imminent danger to safety and health, using the organization’s communication channels.
- Immediately report any defects in collective or personal protective equipment.
- Contribute to fulfilling health and safety requirements mandated by authorities.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment free from health and safety risks.
Requirements
- University degree related to Business.
- Medium-level computer skills (Office).
- Fluent English (oral and written) and Spanish.
- Another language is a plus.
- SAP MM module is valuable.
Mandatory Training (Provided by IFF):
- IATA certification
- Security: KC and OEA procedures
- Safety training related to the Administration workplace
