People and Culture Customer Facing Function Intern (m/f/d)
As part of our growth, we are looking for a P&C CFF Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Customer Facing Function area. You will be working within People and Culture team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS:
* Assist the P&C technician and Head of P&C with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support
* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including absence and permissions
* Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment process
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local policies and state employment laws
* Analyze and support maintaining reports and HR metrics with high-quality
* Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic
