Collaborate with your team to develop innovative solutions for the digital transformation of renowned clients. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of data modeling, DAX optimization, performance tuning, and self-service BI. You will understand the fundamentals behind these concepts and be familiar with modern data platforms, ETL processes, and cloud-based BI architectures. Your goal will be to find efficient solutions to the challenges of data-driven business processes, translating departmental requirements into powerful, intuitive dashboards and reports, and automating data processes for seamless reporting.Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for complex enterprise data.Design and implement efficient data models and ETL processes for scalable, high-performance BI solutions.Collaborate closely with departments and data engineers to ensure optimal data processing and visualization.Optimize existing reports and dashboards to ensure high performance and further develop the BI architecture.Ensure high data quality and validity through DAX optimization, performance tuning, and automated testing.Work in agile, cross-functional teams and actively shape BI strategies and reporting standards.Support the implementation of self-service BI solutions and train users.Qualifications:
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI, especially in developing complex data models and dashboards.Experience designing BI architectures, including data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud integration.Deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL for creating optimized reports.Experience with modern BI and data warehouse technologies (e.G., Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Snowflake).Knowledge of integrating data from multiple sources (e.G., ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs).Experience with automation and CI/CD workflows for BI (e.G., Azure DevOps, Power Automate).Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and interdisciplinary teamwork.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and an independent working style.Excellent German (C1 level) and good English skills.What we offer:
