What your future business day could look like
Identify and engage high-potential target accountsthrough structured outreach across phone, email, and social (inbound + outbound).
Turn first contacts into qualified conversationsby clarifying pain points, use case, stakeholders, and decision criteria.
Build and progress a predictable lead pipeline, prioritizing the right opportunities and driving clear next steps.
Own pipeline discipline in the CRM, keeping data accurate, ensuring timely follow-ups, and continuously refining your outreach based on what works.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales, sharing field insights and ensuring smooth, high-quality handovers.
Your profile
0–2 years of first experience (internship/working student/first job) in a business environment;B2B is a plus
Motivation to learnoutbound & inbound(calls, email, LinkedIn) and qualify leads
Strongdriveand resilience: you enjoy reaching out, hearing "no", and improving fast
Tech-affinity; interest inbusiness software / SAPis a plus (not a must)
Team player with ahands-onmindset and quick learner
FluentDutch/Flemish (C2)+ strongEnglish (C1)
