Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage due diligence processes for potential transactions.
* Support the end‐to‐end acquisition process, including execution and negotiations alongside senior stakeholders.
* Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities.
* Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for boards, investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
* Analyse and assess business models and strategic positioning of target companies.
* Build and review financial models, including company valuations, LBO models, budgets, and forecasts.
* Support the preparation of investment memorandums and transaction documentation.
* Coordinate with auditors and external advisors during financial and operational reviews.
* Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking.
* Produce financial reports and consolidation packages for internal and client use.
* Implement and oversee financial best practices across the company and its portfolio.
* Identify new investment opportunities through data analysis, research, and market intelligence.
* Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives linked to investment activities.
* Provide additional support on strategic or ad hoc projects as required by senior management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
* Previous experience in audit or accounting is a plus.
* International experience or exposure is highly valued.
* Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
